Hosted By: California Architecture Foundation

REGISTER HERE!

The California Architectural Practice Experience (capX) is a statewide program designed to connect architecture firms with emerging professionals through internships, job shadowing, and mentorship opportunities. Whether you’re a small firm looking for talent or an aspiring designer seeking experience, capX creates a flexible pathway to meaningful, hands-on learning in real practice settings.

Through this initiative, firms can establish or expand internship programs with minimal administrative burden while gaining access to a diverse and motivated talent pipeline. Participants benefit from structured support, professional guidance, and direct connections to the architecture community across California.

Join us to learn how capX works, who can participate, and how your firm—or your career—can benefit from being part of this collaborative effort to strengthen the future of the profession.
