The New Standard: Designing Green Homes with Solar Microgrid Integration

The New Standard: Designing Green Homes with Solar Microgrid Integration

Hosted By: Clean Coalition & Energy Code Ace

oin us for an in-depth session on Super Green Home Designs and Solar Microgrids—a proven pathway to creating smarter, more resilient, and more sustainable homes, workplaces, and communities. AND EARN 1.5 ZNE CE HOURS!

This event will cover how all-electric, Net Zero Energy (NZE) homes can be designed and built to maximize energy efficiency while integrating solar-powered microgrids with energy storage. You’ll also learn how these solutions extend beyond individual homes to commercial buildings and entire neighborhoods, offering economic savings, environmental benefits, and unmatched resilience in the face of increasing climate and grid challenges.

We’ll highlight real-world examples including the Green Rebuild Initiative (GRI), which is shaping the future of post-wildfire rebuilding in Los Angeles, and the Santa Barbara Unified School District solar microgrids, which are delivering tens of millions in savings while providing free resilience benefits to the community.

Whether you’re an architect, designer, engineer, contractor, policymaker, or sustainability advocate, this session will show you how to turn rebuilding and new construction into a chance to lead the clean energy transition—creating Super Green homes and communities that are built to last.
