We’ll cover the RISE Homes Program, which supports homeowners in rebuilding safer, more resilient all-electric homes; the SoCalREN Small Hard-to-Reach Direct Install Program, which offers free energy-efficient upgrades; and the SoCalREN Multifamily Program, which provides expert guidance and incentives for property improvements.
