Solishia Andico is a licensed geologist and founder of Home Run Experts, a firm dedicated to helping homeowners and design professionals navigate the permitting and regulatory complexities of post-fire rebuilding. With a unique blend of technical expertise in geology, hands-on construction experience, and deep knowledge of municipal permitting, Solishia partners with architects, engineers, and builders to streamline approvals and move projects from design to occupancy more efficiently.
Previously, Solishia served as Environmental Health Administrator for the City of Malibu, where she helped develop the city’s rebuild guidelines and assisted hundreds of homeowners after the Woolsey Fire. Today, she continues that mission across Los Angeles County—supporting rebuild efforts in Palisades, Altadena, and other fire-affected communities—ensuring every project meets environmental standards while keeping design intent intact.
Her approach bridges the gap between regulatory compliance and creative vision, empowering architects to deliver resilient, buildable designs that help families return home faster.
